• Undergraduate 3rd  grade students or master students at 1st year, preferably in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Informatics, or similar fields,
• Interested in related functions, such as Business Analysis, Process Optimization, Project Management,
• Ability to communicate appropriately with various positions in international and local business environment,
• Analytical minded, target oriented, resistant to stress and believes in team working,
• Fluent English knowledge is must, German knowledge is an asset,
• Sharepoint, SQL knowledge and IT knowledge is an asset.

İŞ TANIMI

• Defining, developing and maintaining interfaces between various IT systems,
• Designing business analyzing models by using business development tools,
• Ensuring optimum and up to date workflows in the company,
• Ensuring up to date guidelines and adapting processes accordingly,
• Consulting the organization by defining Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI) according to the knowledge of process management,
• Managing consulting projects with cross-functional interface and high complexity,
• Training internal customers about process management topics.
