For our growing organization, we are looking for a ‘Financial Planning Manager’ to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.

What are we looking for in Financial Planning Managers ?  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field,
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in one of the following areas; Valuation& Modelling, Long Term Planning, Budget Forecasting, Financial Planning,
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written) in both English and Turkish,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
• Establishes trust quickly, and creates win-win situations,
• Ability  to manage cross group and cross country boundaries,
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and presentation skills,
• No restrictions for traveling,
• Team player, easygoing and able to manage good relations with different types of people,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

Specifically, you will:

• Be responsible for managing a team,
• Be responsible for short term and long term financial planning and analysis,
• Establish short and long term financial models of each Yıldırım Group company on solo and consolidated basis,
• Implement of excel based Financial models in Oracle’s Hyperion Long Term Planning,
• Prepare and report financial indicators such as Profitability, Cashflow, DSCR, NWC on solo and consolidated basis,
• Support regular and/or ad-hoc short and long term financial analyses and studies directly to the top management both on solo and consolidated basis.
