SERVICE ENGINEER-PROCESS AUTOMATION

• University Degree in Electrical or Electronics , Instrumentation & Control Engineering
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Good in personal computer and MS Office programs,
• Minimum 3 years  experience  in  automation systems (DCS,PLC),
• Experience in ABB control system& equipment would be a PLUS,
• Team working, Technically oriented, Analytical, Communicate effectively, Customer orientation,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Ability to travel frequently.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for sales pursuits of Process Automation products and services in existing  ABB installed base in Turkey,
• Develop and maintain customer relations and manage customer accounts,
• Visit customers, identify their needs and prepare proposals & follow up,
• Coordinate with Service Coordinator to decide on pricing strategies, negotiate and secure contracts,
• Explore further market opportunities from both existing customer and potential prospects,
• Providing on site services to customers for our customers installed base,
• Perform required services (trouble-shooting, upgrades, or regular maintenance etc),
• Perform installation, commissioning and start up of service projects,
• Provide supervision as required,
• Train customer personnel (maintenance engineers and production operators),
• Trian ABB employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, trainees and visitors in quality, environment and in operational and health safety,  inform them about the possible hazards, impacts and emergency plans and to provide leadership in these domains as primary duty,
• Represent ABB during site visits, communicating at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
