QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

-Continuously track the performance of the segment and revise propositions when necessary in line with strategies
-Develop and execute residential net growth strategies/plans
-Construct business cases and recommendations of products and services based on marketplace insight, customer needs, strategies and capabilities of the organization
-Create marketing and communication plans with innovative ideas based on customer insights
-Lead multi-functional teams for perfect planning and execution of initiatives
-Become the voice of fixed broadband customers within the company
- BSc. degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience (for M3); 2 for M4
- Ambitious & competitive professional with high personal drive & leadership attitudes
- Strong analytical skills, champion in simplification
- Resilient while working in competitive & rapidly changing environments
- Comfortable in problem solving & decision making
- Results-driven and delivery-focused
- Strong project management skills
- Displays cross-functional leadership attitude, at ease in communication with peers and senior management
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Marketing Senior Associate Manager-Residential Segment with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Marketing Sn.Manager-Residential Segment of Vodafone Turkey.- End to end responsibility for Fiber: Strategy setting, go to market planning, P&L ownership:
-Continuously track the performance of the segment and revise propositions when necessary in line with strategies
-Develop and execute residential net growth strategies/plans
-Construct business cases and recommendations of products and services based on marketplace insight, customer needs, strategies and capabilities of the organization
-Create marketing and communication plans with innovative ideas based on customer insights

- Govern go to market for regional campaigns
- Govern go to market for retail, door to door, direct sales and alternative channels
