QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and Integration Services Specialist to be based in YILPORT Holding Gebze Terminal.

We are looking for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and Integration Services Specialist to be based in YILPORT Holding Gebze Terminal.
- University degree from a reputable university,
- 2+ years of previous customer service/technical support and/or EDI experience
- Experience of Enterprise Application Integration platforms (TIBCO BW)
- Knowledge of SQL is required especially on MSSQL platform
- Must be able to work in a team environment to meet strict deadlines and compliance criteria defined by customers
- Professional and courteous communication skills by telephone, in person, and written communications
- Exercise good judgment to resolve non-standard issues independently
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy of orders and compliance with specific customer requirements
- Experience with XML and XPath, JSON and an ERP system is a plus
- Experience of developing Services Oriented Architectures (SOA) and Integration platform is preferred (SOAP & REST Services)
- Java development skills and design patterns knowledge will be a plus
- Written and oral fluency in English is a must,
- Completed military service requirement (for male candidates only),
- Reside in Kocaeli or Anatolian side of Istanbul is preferred.
İŞ TANIMI
Scope of the Position:
The EDI and Integration Services Specialist is the person for day to day management of EDI integrated customers and documents as part of the electronic messaging process.
This position will oversee the entire EDI process from answering questions from internal and external customers to overseeing the implementation process.
Works closely with TOS Experts and Development team to implement and integrate new EDI trading partners into our system. EDI position is responsible for mapping new trading partners and researching and supporting issues associated with these mappings. This position is part of a team that reports to the TOS Expert and works directly with EDI customers and internal departments such as Compliance, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Business Development.

- Manage daily flow of EDI documents to and from the company, ensure EDI documents are processed successfully, monitor customer extracts and data feeds,
- Work with Business Development Department for customer requests setup and testing,
- Work directly with the Software Development team for requirements and testing of programming changes related to EDI and EASI projects; submit software development change requests as needed,
- Participates in customer/department conference calls and meetings as required for successful customer EDI,
- Develop integration services on TIBCO BW platform and monitor the system and keep the services running properly,
- Configuration, operation, monitoring and management of ESB and EDI messaging services
- Coordination of integration activities between the internal teams, IT, software development teams and vendors,
- Interaction with IT groups of Liners, Key customers and trading partners in order to establishing agreements and review of technical details,
- Preparation of procedures and MIS reports based on the orders and policies given by his/her management,
- Preparing procedures for his/ her own area.

2 - 5 years of experience
