GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

  • University Degree with Electronic, Computer, Telecommunication or Mathematics Engineering
  • At least 2 years Presales experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in ICT sector. Preferably in system integrator or vendor.
  • Very good technical knowledge (Network, Security, Datacenter Technologies)
  • Related Cisco , Microsoft , HP , Dell , Vmware , EMC , NetAPP , IBM , Checkpoint , Fortinet, Juniper certifications are plus.
  • Military service completed (for male candidates)
  • Very good command of English
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements
  • Driving license (B class)


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Presales Senior Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Technical Product&Solutions Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
  • Act as a design authority to VF Turkey’s enterprise customers’ cloud, colocation and other value added datacenter services. 
  • Ensure customer requirements are satisfied with a valid technical design using existing VF product lines or via partner ecosystem.
  • Position requires broad and deep knowledge of hardware and software products within the following technology areas and manufacturers. Multi-vendor expertise and experience is highly desired, particularly with two or more of the OEMs listed within each of the following technical areas:
-Servers and Converged Infrastructure platforms (Cisco, Dell, HP,  Oracle, IBM/Lenovo)
-Storage (Hitachi, EMC, HP 3PAR, NetApp)
-Data Protection & Disaster Recovery & Replication (Commvault, Dell, EMC, HP, Symantec, Veeam)
-Virtualization (Vmware, Microsoft, Citrix)
-Cloud Orchestration (Vmware, Microsoft, OpenStack)
  • Developing and managing partner ecosystem to deliver datacenter/application migration or management process.
  • Creating IT Architecture model that provides a timely response to strategic business requirements of customers.
  • Making R&D activities and running PoCs to choose the best technologies that is cost-effective, accordance with the standards.
  • Creating presentations and demonstrations that summarise the simple technical and business benefits of the solution .
  • Work with Account Managers to generate lead for related Corporate Sagments.
  • Contribute to VF Sales and Marketing strategies for corporate customer segment to ensure VF Turkey realizes its ambitions for the short-mid and long term.
  • Work with VAS&Cloud Product Management and Marketing to help define/refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team.
  • Identify and address customers critical technical issues (escalations) and non-technical issues, and coordinate necessary support activities.
