The ideal candidate is expected to have; 

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing or a relevant discipline with successful academic record, MBA is also an asset,
• 1-3 years experience in marketing, preferably in a FMCG company,
• Excellent communication skills in English,
• Well command of MS Office applications,
• High level of drive and energy,
• Strong analytical, planning, problem solving and organization skills,
• Successful team player,
• Internal and external customer focus,
• Communication and relationship building skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• To design and develop successful brand/communication strategy and activities in line with business goals of the company,
• To cooperate with trade marketing & sales teams to drive successful executions,
• To analyse market and consumer data and share the learnings,
• To develop and source/replicate merchandising material and promotional material,
• To constantly monitor competitive strategies.
