We continue to empower and grow our government and public sector business in Turkey.  We are now seeking “Consultant” and “Senior Consultant” to join our growing Performance Improvement (PI) team in Ankara Advisory department with the following qualifications

• A relevant university degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Political Science or a similar discipline from a reputable university, a relevant Masters Degree is a plus,
• At least 2 years of experience (for consultant candidates) and at least 4 years of experience (for senior consultant candidates) in management and strategy consulting projects, conducted for public and/or private sector clients (such as strategy design and formulation, organisational review and restructuring, market assessment and analysis, economic/sectoral research and forecasting, process design and improvement, project and programme management etc.)
• Specific experience in team management,
• No travel restrictions inland or abroad,
• Excellent report writing skills (both in English and in Turkish),
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills (both in Turkish and in English),
• Excellent MS Office skills,
• Strong client and relationship-building skills,
• Strong work initiative,
• Male candidates must have fulfilled or postponed their military service obligations at least for 2 years.
