  • Bachelor Degree in engineering or business administrationMarketing experience in telecommunication or other sectors
  • Displays cross-functional leadership attitude, at ease in communication with peers and senior management  
  • ATL & BTL marketing experience (developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives)
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills both in English
  • Ambitious & competitive professional with high personal  drive & leadership attitudes
  • Strong analytical skills, champion in simplification
  • Resilient while working in competitive & rapidly changing environments

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Marketing Manager – Youth Segment with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Marketing Manager - Youth Segment,   of  Vodafone Turkey.
 
The accountabilities of this role are:
 
  • Identify key opportunities in the market through data analysis, extensive market research and understanding customer insights
  • Continuously track the performance of the segment and revise propositions when necessary in line with strategies
  • Develop and execute segment net growth and acquisition strategies/plans
  • Work with finance to develop business cases for new propositions and a segment P&L
  • Create marketing and communication plans with innovative ideas based on customer insights
  • Lead and coordinate multi-functional teams (product, pricing, CVM, brand, financial decision support) for perfect planning 
  • Lead and manage segment specific projects and coordinate cross functions & external partners to ensure the successful execution of initiatives
  • Review creative for ATL and BTL communication and work closely with related teams
  • Ensure that all communication materials are in line with brand positioning and strategy
  • Ensure activities executed are aligned with budget allocated for the fiscal year
