• Bachelor's Degree in Electric/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering,
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,

İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik Group is looking for Specialist – Customer Care (Kitchen & Whole Sales) who will work for Customer Care Directorate.

• To plan, manage and report the service requirements of the areas of responsibility
• To plan the service activities of the kitchen& wholes sales in the entire area of responsibility in Turkey
• To schedule the installation of the wholesale kitchens that Arçelik A.Ş outsources domestically or from abroad in coordination with the Sales Department and the Work-Sites, to ensure and supervise the installation
• To maintain logistics coordination of the kitchens that Arçelik A.Ş. outsources domestically or from abroad between the Dealer and the Warehouse, to support the product and spare part inventories regularly.
• To realize deliveries according to the conditions of contract, to manage the demand for spare parts that service dealers may have after the installation, to prepare the order, to communicate it to YPLB for supply, make sure that service is given after the supply and supervise.
• To update the service information program and  enter the data into this program
• To maintain the occupational safety, to take all the necessary precautions
