For Siemens Healthineers in Yozgat we are looking for a Biomedical Specialist. This role will be responsible from controlling, maintaining and updating the medical devices at the S12 contract. The additional mission of this position is to increase the loyalty and satisfaction of the customer. This position is also responsible to supply the creative feedbacks for increasing the quality of the service operations and processes.

What are my responsibilities?
* Performing the support technical service operations
* Responsible to increase skills for increasing the technical service quality
* Understand the prospect customer’s needs and problems (medical, technical) and arrange necessary actions to create the appropriate solutions
* Development of the processes and to share their suggestions with the Customer Services management to increase the technical service quality and customer satisfaction.
* Planning and implementation of applications in line with accreditation and quality management system standards
* Planning and implementing a work plan with the unit manager
* Coordination with Quality Manager / Responsible
* Analysis of the objectives of the department and follow-up and planning of the corrective-preventive activities
* General work on medical device purchases
* Establishment and continual updating of medical device inventory
* Feasibility of medical devices in new project works
* Evaluation of new device requests and deficiencies
* Follow-up of the creation and application of maintenance and calibration programs of medical devices
* Maintenance and calibration documentation of medical devices in the required format
* Calculation of the monthly and annual costs of medical equipment defects and calibrations and determination of the biomedical budget through this
* Planning the delivery of user trainings of medical devices
* Following the connections of medical equipments and customs procedures of spare parts and materials
* Identify the points that are missing during the current business processes and produce solutions with the unit manager
* Determine the working order of the biomedical personnel,
* Providing adaptation to the job with the theoretical and practical orientations of the personnel who begin to work, making the evaluation of the staff closely by monitoring the adaptation process closely and completely, completing the job adaptation forms completely and transmitting to the unit manager
* Organization of biomedical personnel to provide training and meeting attendance, to monitor the effectiveness of the training they have received
* Planning, implementation and evaluation of the actions of biomedical personnel to monitor their performance and improve and improve them in problem areas
