• Graduate from B.S or + Degree from Electrical/Electronics/Communication/Information Systems and Technologies Engineer
• At least  8+ years telecommunication or GSM/UMTS/LTE network operation experience.
• Technical competence on network quality
• Understands the capabilities of Optimization and RF planning tools
• Must be willing to learn,drive New Technologies
• Excellent MS Office applications
• Advanced level in English

We are seeking a Istanbul-ASIA Optimization Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Ist.Asia Region Tech.Manager  of  Vodafone Turkey.
                             

• Istanbul Asia Regional Management Team who ensures Vodafone achieves the best performance KPIs and top customer satisfaction is looking for talented Optimization Manager ready for the innovative and challenging work in continuous improvement environment and in excellent connected regional management  teams. The role mainly involves managing the team for implementing changes on sites hard entities and soft parameters by analysing all source of performance data in order to improve Vodafone Network and Customer Perception.
• Responsible to optimize, monitor  and improve  the radio network for the region in line with the Network Optimization and Customer priorities to achieve the agreed KPI and SLAs for the Region for 2G/3G/LTE networks
• Plan, prioritize, coordinate and supervise all activities within the team.
• Communicate and work in co-ordination with the network domains management  teams; central optimization and planning teams, national operation control teams, quality test-acceptance teams and regional management  (planning, operation, roll-out and site acquisition)
• Ensure consistancy in Radio Network complete entities/parameters.
• Ensure resolution of customer complaints within the defined periods with high speed.
• Achieve RANetwork KPI Targets and Benchmark Goals.            
• Review the network performance in the region through all quality and performance reports; and ensures necessary actions are taken to sustain & improve the quality of the 2G, 3G and 4G networks
• Special event follow-up and proactive optimization in area of responsibility
• Being able to perform improving the customer experience, NPS and ambitious to achieve  "zero detractors!" target
