• 4-years university degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in product management in a pharmaceuticals company, preferably with OTC products
• Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good communication and presentation ability
• Growth mindset and results driven

• Excellent communication skills in English

İŞ TANIMI

• Developing, implementing and executing short and long term brand strategy especially in Medical arena
• Managing medical execution of new product launches, assuring meaningful and actionable market knowledge, insight & analytics in the market and tracking trends in the market of prescribed brands and doctors’ universe
• Developing keen understanding of relevant data and leading teams in refining product positioning and developing key messages
• Coordinating and supporting all medical brand activities, managing the operational and technical process (leaflets, brochures, posters, visuals, development of Medical team’s visit materials, checking legal aspects of the visit materials, doctor presentations)
• Coordinating and managing organization of Congresses and workshops (round tables, KOL meetings)
• Supporting product management and medical detailing processes for all medically detailed products (Forecasting, product launch, product positioning, RX initiatives, market and competitor analysis)
• Working hand in hand with all departments (training, sales, and medical team) to develop relevant insights and actions
