• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, etc.
• Minimum 5 years job experience, Financial/ Banking sector expertise is an asset
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
• Detail-oriented, multi-tasking; having problem solving  and organization management skills
• Influential communication, presentation, timeliness skills
• Capability to work with numerical information, plus analytical and problem-solving skills
• Diplomatic approach and the confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members
• Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
• a sound grasp of corporate governance issues
• Eager to learn and enrich his/her work scope and to be a good team player
• Good level of Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications is required

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing, supporting and organizing the senior level meetings
• Attending senior level meetings as well as governing the whole meeting process
• Supporting and coordinating the communication flow between the key components in the Bank
• Supporting and guiding the team of which s/he will be a member in terms of day-to-day management of the team and workflow
• Conducting the meeting process as a whole; Carrying out before and after duties related to such meetings
• Providing all kinds of administrative support when it is required by managing complementary details of the high-level meetings
• Developing and promoting the scope of his/her work
