Spare Parts Export Operations Specialist

We are looking for Spare Parts Export Operations Specialist (FCSD Europe & North America) for Spare Parts Sales and Business Development Department.

• Graduated from engineering faculties of universities (preferably Industrial Engineer)
• Preferably experienced in the automotive sector
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, MS Access, SAP ( good understanding of software languages such as SQL,SAP Webintelligence is a plus)
• Strong analytical, quantitative abilities and problem solving skills
• Must demonstrate excellent communication, customer-focused approach, self-motivation, enthusiasm, organizational skills, and be goal-oriented
• Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English is a requirement, another foreign language is a plus
• No military service obligation (for male candidates)
• Capability to drive cross-functional teams and programs

• Coordinate and operate the Spare Parts Export Business (particularly related to Ford Customer Service Divisions Europe and North America) to be able to give maximum contribution to reach to the mission and vision of Ford Otomotiv San. A.Ş.
• Follow up daily orders and shipments
• Inovate the ideas to improve systems and processes
• Improve KPIs (such as customer satisfaction scores, fill rates, etc) by driving cross-functional teams and programs
