Production Engineer

For our Laundry & Home Care Plant, we are now looking for a Production Engineer, who will assume responsibility for the maintenance operation in Ankara. The ideal candidate is expected to have; 

• BSc in Engineering (preferably in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Department), Master’s degree is an additional asset  
• Previous experience is required within the Production operation (either 1 year of professional experience or long-term internship)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Capable of establishing sound relations across geographies within the diverse teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Advanced user of MS Office applications

İŞ TANIMI

Operating within the Production Team of Ankara Plant of Turk Henkel, the candidate will be reporting directly to the Production Manager. The incumbent will be a valuable member of the Laundry & Home Care Division.  

• Assuming responsibility to maximize the productivity of Ankara Plant’s production
• Minimizing the production costs and losses
• Ensuring best quality for the production process
• Acting in close cooperation both engineers as well as blue collar employees for the responsible operation
