ERP/Application Support Junior Specialist

• University degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technologies, Industrial Engineering or other related fields
• New graduates are welcomed, 1-2 years of software support experience is a plus,
• Technical background,
• Good command of English or German,
• Ability to remain positive when encountering adverse situations that may arise during user support
• Teamwork ability, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills,
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills,
• Methodical problem-solving with an attitude for learning and quickly adapting new skills
• For male candidates, military service should be completed 

İŞ TANIMI

• Provide first level support to users’ problems/requests related to all store operations and store systems like goods management system, cash register and reporting tools.
• Getting the requests from users via ticket system, solve them properly, if needed with support of  teams in Germany and register back into the ticketing system.  
• Support new application releases and implementation of new functionality by assisting with system testing, documentation, and user support.
• Provide user support by responding to questions related to corporate applications and maintain sufficient knowledge.
