• University degree (in science) or commercial education
• Minimum 3 years of practical sales experience in medical device industry
• Experience in medical device sales OR Intensive Care unit at the hospitals
• English language skills to business standards

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing distributors; Visiting on regular basis, training and directing them; assisting their sales activities, following up their budget.
• Arranging appointments with, doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include prearranged appointments within the assigned territory
• Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses, hospital doctors and pharmacists.
• Organizing workshops for doctors and other medical staff
• Spending a minimum of 60% of their time in the field.  
• Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets
• Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
• Liaising and working with distributors to provide customer product education and training to support added value business in dedicated area
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to create an awareness of “Best Practice” trends and procedures.
• Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
• Representing company  in a professional manner on all occasions
