İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Marketing Manager - Residential Segment with the will and ambition to work in high performing

Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Head of Connected Home&TV

Services of Vodafone Turkey.- Identify key opportunities in the market through data analysis, extensive market research

and understanding customer insights

- Continuously track the performance of the segment and revise propositions when necessary in line with strategies

- Develop and execute segment net growth and acquisition strategies/plans

- Create marketing and communication plans with innovative ideas based on customer insights

- Lead and coordinate multi-functional teams for perfect planning and execution of initiatives

- Develop short & mid-term strategies to increase segment revenues and profitability via sustainable acquisition and loyalty

improvements

- Manage total Revenue, Contribution Margin, Segments publicity

- Lead and manage segment specific projects and coordinate cross functions & partners to ensure the successful

execution of initiatives.

- Review creative for ATL and BTL communication and work closely with related teams.

- Ensure that all communication materials are in line with brand positioning and strategy

- Work with finance to develop business cases for new propositions and a segment P&L

- Lead ad-hoc cross-functional projects to realize segments objectives, as well as lead projects & represent all the

segments in order to keep the business running.

- Ensure activities executed are aligned with budget allocated for the fiscal year
