QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition is looking for a talented colleague for the Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!
- Engineering or Business degree
- Similar job experience of 1-3 years in pharmaceutical companies
- Advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Table, If, etc.)
- Experience in IMS data analysis and forecasting
- Experience in CRM system management (SalesForce, MITouch, etc.)
- Advanced command of English (Speaking and writing)
- Analytical, solution and result oriented
- Advanced presentation and reporting skills
- Understanding FMCG and Pharma dynamics
- No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Detailed analysis of the IMS reports (pharma channel) and detecting new possibilities to develop business further
- Calculation of sales bonuses and targets
- Management of CRM Systems (Cegedim, MITouch)
- Preparation of CLM reports and follow-up
- Preparation of Sales Force Efficiency Reports
- Preparation of sales team strategic planning reports
- Preparation of scorecard reports and follow-up
- Giving support to the decision making process of top level executives by presenting the modelling of the data
- Analysis of the efficiency of working methods with data, and proposing a better approach when necessary
- Evaluation of opportunities that would increase efficiency and making projects

More than 1 years of experience
