QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Quality Control Manager” to our Multinational Company set up by the partnership of Meridiam and Rönesans Groups, for the purposes of providing management services to Turkey’s most reputable Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) Projects - including one of the first PPP’s to reach financial close in Turkey- with the below specified qualifications.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Experience in complex projects is a must
- Experience in Hospital Construction is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined and good team player
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Living in Adana or no restrictions to live in Adana
- No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Ensure and manage all of the quality governance and compliance during the construction (except technical subjects)
- Ensure the compliance of QA/QC with the obligations, provisions, EPC Contract, legislative and regulatory requirements
- Prepare reports of the work progress, schedule analysis, cost control efforts, document control of the construction
- Ensure the compliance of ESG with the obligations during the construction
- Manage and report documentation of the project and ensure its compliance to the provisions
- Prepare reports of the schedule analysis
Preferred Candidate
More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
