ASSISTANT – MEDIUM VOLTAGE

We seek for “ASSISTANT” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB Electrification Products; Medium Voltage at Gebze location with below qualifications;

• University degree in related fields,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Min 3 years of work experience as an assistant,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Excellent coordination, communication and presentation skills.
• Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented,

İŞ TANIMI

• Providing full support to the department in all administrational functions,
• Responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.
• Arranges business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers etc.
• Prepare presentations with direction from executive,
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating arrangements for meetings,
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls,
• Maintaining department files and records in accordance with internal procedures,
• Accustomed to work at flexible times and tasks.
