Mekanik Tasarım Mühendisi

• University degree from Mechanical Engineering, preferably Master of Science degree in Design area
• Minimum 2 year experience in automotive industry as design engineer and related processes (releases, supplier involvement etc.),
• Fluent English knowledge, German is an asset
• Able to travel abroad
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and 3D modeling software programs (UG NX is an asset)
• Used to work in international teams and have intercultural experience
• Able to work on multiple complex engineering problems independently and in a collaborative setting
• Experience in geometric and statistical tolerancing is an asset

İŞ TANIMI

• Work out of design solution for gasoline high pressure direct injection valves
• Work as a design engineer in different customer projects
•  Preparation of draft solutions under consideration of functional, material and manufacturing technology
• Evaluation and coordination of solutions with the respective stakeholders
• Collaboration and active input in FMEA and PPAP internally and with suppliers and customers
•  Transfer of concepts into detailed designs, creating 3D-models and drawings,
• Creating parts breakdown (Bill of Material -BoM) and technical documentation
• Creation and dealing with ECR (engineering change requests)
• Support for the definition of test and validation specifications
• Creation of component specifications for suppliers
• Collaboration with simulation engineers for such as FEM and mold flow
• Supporting the running production in ratio and quality topics
