SENIOR ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

•    Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
•    5-7 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Organization design, process improvement, continuous quality management, business consulting
•    Business acumen and practical thinking in business problem solving are critical assets
•    Good analytical skills and very good communication skills
•    Self starter, able to rebound in the face of uncertainty
•    Strong moderation skills, ability to manage adverserial interactions

İŞ TANIMI

•    Defines organizational development needs in his or her account, manages the account as well as relationships with other functions, ensures all units within the assigned account are well functioning
•    Defines process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs’) of processes within the account
•    Determines accountability borders within the account, designs RACI matrices
•    Follows up post-change performance of processes, gives feedback to related process owners and integrates KPIs into the Performance Management System
•    Contributes to management of ISO 9001 Quality Management System across Turkcell
•    Analyzes headcount needs of the account, observes prudence in headcount allocation, manages span of control limitations within the account
