• University degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering,
• Very good command of written and spoken English,
• 2-8 years, different level of related work experience, experience in transformer business is preferable,
• Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills, team work & result oriented,
• Completed military service for male applicants,

• Available for international travels,
• Good command of Creo is preferable.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for the projects from beginning to the delivery,
• Good project management skill by applying and improving processes and tools in own technical area to ensure effective project delivery,
• Make mechanical design using the necessary tools and programs by demonstrating advanced knowledge of principles and practices in related practice areas,
• Provide cost effective quality solutions per customer requirements and deliver within budget and contract; solve unique problems by applying  technical knowledge,
• Make technical judgment in unique problems considering multiple aspects,
• Find creative/ innovative ways to tailor complex solutions to business and customer needs,
• Share technical knowledge with colleagues via various channels, including forums, training and coaching,
• Proactively exchange relevant information with sources within and beyond own area to increase efficiency, share relevant information with selected sources to ensure better results,
• Translate business strategy into clear goals and plans for the team,
• Coordinate plans with plans of other units / functions to improve joint efficiency.
