QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
A respectable and privileged financial institution engaged in the Turkish banking industry, Turkish Economy Bank (TEB) executed a partnership agreement with BNP Paribas in 2005, which is the 6th largest bank in the world (global headquarters in Paris, France) and is the largest of Euro zone with ongoing operations in 87 countries around the globe. TEB aims to become a leader among the medium-scaled banks in Turkey and offer high quality service to its customers.
TEB Finance Team is now looking for a talented “Customer Analytics and Information Analysis Supervisor” to be a member of highly competent and analytical team. Being located in our TEB Headquarters in Umraniye, we are looking for a teammate having the following:
Qualifications:
• Fluency in English is a must
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics; Master’s Degree in Finance is a huge asset
• Analytical, pro-active, highly self-motivated, well-organized and result-oriented with strong planning skills
• Excellent team player, effective at communication and relationship management as well as maintaining a positive attitude at all times
• Willingness to learn banking, financial mathematics, data analysis, data management & querying tools (SAS Enterprise Guide & SQL)
• Preferably 1 year experience in banking/finance (max. 3 years)
• Good command of MS Office (Excel is the priority, Access is a bonus)
• SQL and/or SAS Enterprise Guide knowledge is a plus
• Completion of military service for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI
• Performing feasibilty analysis for the bank's campaigns, branch openings, salary payment contracts, IT projects and cost/income projections
• Conducting Customer Activity, Commercial Segmentation and Customer Service Model projects
• Develop in-depth understanding of customers with extensive data analysis in order to discover useful information, suggest conclusions and support decision making
• Continuously monitoring and reporting the segment-portfolio details of customers
• Tracking the customer-based KPI’s such as active, efficient and churn customers and proposing necessary actions to Business Lines
• Developing standart / ad-hoc analyses for upper management
Preferred Candidate
Less than 10 years of experience
