• Planning and executing consumer related digital projects in RTC (Turkey, Africa, Middle East, Russia, Ukraine) according to Digital Transition Strategy,
• Defining and implementing CRM strategy for the region,
• Analyzing and developing data infrastructure (e.g. data warehouse, BI platform) for enabling processes for lifecycle marketing, email marketing and other initiatives,
• Conducting targeting and segmentation activities for Customer Engagement and operating email campaigns,
• Analyzing existing solutions for set up improvements, tool integration usage, data hygiene, workflows and business reporting,
• Managing all reporting and analysis tools,
• Setting necessary system reports for related projects and departments,
• Monitoring and communicating market information based on strategic key indicators,
• Participating, representing RTC in projects, business events and meetings.

İŞ TANIMI

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Business Informatics or Engineering,
• Master’s degree in digital technologies or online marketing is an asset,
• 4-5 years of CRM experience in a corporate environment,
• Proven knowledge of digital project management, reporting & analysis tool management, e-commerce activities, web analytics etc.,
• Ability to influence, network and collaborate to achieve both individual and business goals,
• Project Management leadership across multiple functions,
• English fluency is a must, any additional language (Russian, Arabic, German) is appreciated.
