SAP Relationship Analyst

BSH Ev Aletleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

• 3+ years working with SAP SD modules,
• 1+ Project management and software rollouts,
• Knowledge of SD integrations with other SAP modules (primarily FI, LE and MM)s, etc.),
• Strong English oral and written communication skills. German is a plus,
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours,
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment,
• Excellent interpersonal skills, computer skills, and organizational skills,
• Good documentation skills,
• Ability to work with and apply defined methodologies,
• Follows current and upcoming technical trends and shares ideas and inspiration with the company,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.),
• Some travel involved.

İŞ TANIMI

• Provide support and development for BSH custom SAP and Corporate Master Data solutions. They will include but not limited to the following:
  • BSH’s CRM solution,
  • Trade Tools – BSH’s sales order management web portal,
  • Corporate Master Data – Customers (CMD-CU),
• Business Requirements Management (creation (LOI), coordination. Status follow-up),
• Support current functionality,
• Process improvements,
• New projects,
• Training users and Creation of Technical documentation,
• Support application roll outs in terms of resource coordination, training and Change Management,
• Project and Change Request Coordinator with IT-Product Manager,
• Business Process Consulting for the Country (and Region).
