What we expect;
4 years’ university degree (Chemical or Mechanical Engineer is preferred) and excellent communication skills in English,
Experience in shift management or similar role in a production organisation
You need to have strong in analytic thinking, excellent communication skills and leadership skills.
You should willing to work in shift and ready for a dynamic shopfloor experience
You will be Filling&Plant Shift Supervisor  and so you will directly reporting to production manager
You will responsible for leading the filling lines and filling team. And also you will responsible for plant shift management.
You will contribute to improve the performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans.
You will organize regular team meetings to review the performance and to solve the problems with the involvement of the operators.
You will provide guidance and training to your team for application of EHS, Quality and EOS systems.
You will participate in or lead continuous improvement projects using methods from the groups Quality, EHS and EOS systems (5S, PDCA, Problem Solving, SMED, Chrono-analysis, Optima, Optiloss, etc.).
You will prepare or approve required shift documentation.
You will organize production activities in accordance with the production plan on time with al required.
And we will expect from you to develop EHS culture in your team.
