QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for 'LOCAL PRODUCT GROUP MANAGER - T & D Infrastructure and Grid Integration Solutions' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Power Systems, in Kartal location, Istanbul.with below qualifications;
- University degree in Engineering (Master Degree is preferable but not essential),
- 10-15 years of experience in the project business managing complex projects or large project business units,
- Project Management certification will be an asset,
- Commercial acumen with a proactive approach to problem solving,
- Multifunctional experience with Project delivery operations,
- Broad knowledge of theories, tools and practices in business improvement, project & change management,
- Experience in dealing with, tender pursuits, and project delivery and supplier management,
- Experience in leading & motivating a high calibre team of senior experts / functional leaders with a focus on policy, capability, and process improvements and resources development,
- Ability to successfully persuade and influence senior and experienced management teams,
- Good communicator with excellent,
- English proficiency, both speaking and writing.

Tasks
Your as a LPG Manager for T&D Infrastructure and Grid Integration Solution will be responsible to implement the global product group strategy in the Turkey market , and ensure business development, including P&L, performance. Your role will extend in providing input to global product group strategy and responsible for business development & sustainable growth and accountability for safely achieving/exceeding business target.
Business Development & Sales Opportnities
Your as a LPG Manager for T&D Infrastructure and Grid Integration Solution will be responsible to implement the global product group strategy in the Turkey market , and ensure business development, including P&L, performance. Your role will extend in providing input to global product group strategy and responsible for business development & sustainable growth and accountability for safely achieving/exceeding business target.
Business Development & Sales Opportnities
· Implementation of T&D Infrastructure and Grid Integration Solutions,Global Product Group strategy at local level
· Monitor, review, analyse and report market conditions, customer’s strategies and competitor activity
· Identify and support the pursuit of target projects / tenders. Formation of Capture teams
· Identify and manage the investment required to enter new market segments and to build customer awareness around ABB capabilities, technologies and innovations
· Ensure Business Lead Collaboration across HUB, BU, Division and wider ABB Group where ever possible
· Support Global Product Group EPC opportunities on large projects within the Turkey
· Responsible for Net Promoter Score response and results
· Propose potential partnering initiatives in order to support consistent and sustainable growth / order capture
· Ensure compliance and “quality of data” for Tender Screening and Risk Review production & presentations to HUB, BU and Division where required
· Support development of service opportunities from new and existing T&D Infrastructructre and Grid Integration Solutions installed base
T&D Infrastructructre and Grid Integration Solutions Local Product Group – Operational Excellence / Performance Targets
· Lead, promote and implement “best in industry” Health, Safety, Environmental and Integrity Culture whilst managing and monitoring performance through relevant KPI’s
· Lead, own and secure year on year order intake targets in line with HUB and Global PG strategy.
· Deliver LPG Financial targets (P&L) set by HUB, Global PG and BU.
· Ensure T&D Infrastructure and Grid Integration Solutions has the operational capacity and competencies to deliver the P&L and business targets set by HUB, BU and Division.
· Implement organisational structure that drives synergies and efficiency, but maintains flexibility to adapt to the changing market conditions when required
· Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Serve as an escalation point for individual and systemic business / project management issues within the LPG
· Reviews / supervises project execution and performance management of LPG, through project reviews with functional and Project Managers to ensure contract fulfilment, and approval of project deviations or critical changes. If necessary, take an active role in resolving escalated LPG issues, especially those raised by Customers or could affect the LPG results.
· Set coherent and aligned Quality & Operational Excellence priorities and cost reduction targets across the value chain, monitor & report progress, analysis KPI’s and act on deviations from targets.
· Lead, develop and motivate direct and indirect reports within the LPG
· Responsible for the management and coordination of SOX, OSA, SAP, ABB code of conduct and business integrity within LPG.
· Support, when applicable, shared functions at per his/her HUB and local mandates
