Bachelor degree with a technical major such as engineering or computer science,
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (Korean will be an asset),
Minimum 3 years of network administration mandatory (LAN/WAN network configuration & troubleshooting),
Background in Internet services and network customer service provision such as a data center or consulting services,
Experienced VPN over WAN provision, installation and support,
Proven experience with security solutions including Firewall (Checkpoint, Fortinet), Routing Access, Reverse Proxy, Internet Protection Services,
Experience in high traffic environments and have knowledge on Load Balancing and Reverse Proxy,
A practical level of experience implementing and administrating common TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, SFTP, SMTP, etc.
Knowledge of routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS & BGP,
Working knowledge of common network monitoring and security utilities,
Advanced configuration of Switches and Virtual LAN’s,
Advanced configuration of Wifi / 3 G network devices,
Implementation of network performance monitoring, bandwidth utilization and availability systems for networking equipment / infrastructure,
Hands on experience of designing and implementation of network projects,
Experience of network monitoring, problem resolution, root cause analysis,
Have problem solving approach and strong analytical and strategic thinking skills,
Work with application support groups to resolve system issues,
Compliance with policy and procedures,
"Can do" approach as well as carrying team player skills,
Completed military service requirement (for male candidates only),
No limitation for travel,
Candidate must have driving license with active driving capability.

We are looking for an "Network Specialist" who is able to conduct the following processes;
   

• Supporting and maintaining the deployed networking infrastructure
• Monitoring performance and network availability
• Maintain SOP’s documentation of knowledge databases
• Handling incident and service request lifecycle (Including documentation of resolutions & issues)
• Networking vendor and support management
• Maintaining network devices in high-availability and production environments
• Diagnosing and resolving system, network and connectivity/performance issues
• Managing firewalls and other network devices
• Responding to requests of development/support team
• Anticipating and introducing new servicing tools to monitor/troubleshoot network
• Providing assistance to field technicians.
• Answering technical queries
• Performing and developing monitoring activities
• Practicing previous know-how and implementing it to current projects
