• University degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Behavioral Sciences or other appropriate social disciplines, Master’s Degree will be preferred
• At least 10 years progressive experience in the related area
• Experienced in Behavioral Competency Development Training and  developing education and development programs
• Preferably having good knowledge of Situational Leadership
• Experienced in designing and implementing educational content regarding Leadership and Competency Development Training
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Having a command of measurement and evaluation on education effectiveness and training design models
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Good sense of a teamwork
• Ability to analytical thinking with strong planning and organizational skills
• Customer oriented, proactive and creative solution generator

İŞ TANIMI

• Developing Training and Development activities with an innovative approach according to company’s mission, values and strategies. 
• Collaborating with the internal clients to identify Training and Development needs and designing the projects.
• Investigating the external Training resources to support the behavioral development needs and making the agreements.
• Designing the educational contents with the in-house trainers and external education companies according to educational needs.
• Designing, managing and following – up the annual Education plan and budget. 
• Utilizing senior education principles and applications to develop education programs and tools. Determining the appropriate training and development resources according the educational needs.
• Evaluating the competencies of the trainers and suggesting new approaches to improve when necessary by analyzing the feedback reports.
• Measuring the participation rates in education activities and analyzing the effectiveness of the results.
• Supporting the research and development activities in the field of education and development.
• Developing the Assessment Tools for measuring the results of training and development programs.
• Monitoring the training programs and taking actions when necessary
