What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor's degree in engineering
* Certification for C Project Manager or higher is an asset
* 3 to 5 years of professional experience in production environment
* Experience in project handling
* Knowledge of contract law
* Fluent in written and spoken English (2nd language German is an asset)
* Advanced computer skills
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Planning and organization skills

What else do I need to know?
* Male candidates should have completed the military service requirement
* No restriction for travelling

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

For our Mobility Division, we are looking for Project Operations Manager to work on our ongoing rolling stock projects in Ankara.

The Project Operations Manager organizes the project from an overall perspective, focusing mainly on project management processes, tools and methods.

What are my responsibilities?
* Controlling the following subareas, if applicable, also in personal union in certain subareas
* Time scheduling
* Project documentation
* Requirements Management
* Homologation Management
* Change Management
* Configuration Management
* Project Management
* Representative of the overall project manager
* Reporting to Project Management
* Support of the Project Management in Implementation of project goals
* Ensures the economic success and customer satisfaction and representation of the subproject as per the specification of the overall project manager in all decision-making bodies
* Regular risk/opportunity analysis and evaluation, derivation and Monitoring of appropriate risk minimizing measures
* Professional Management of the sub-project team, including the employees and resource planning and coordination with the overall project manager
