Customer Supply Chain Responsible

• Relevant university degree like Business Administration, Logistics or similar
• Min 3 years’ experience in Logistics, export business or customer services
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Advanced MS Office and SAP skills
• Analytical mindset to assess the impact of logistic changes on business processes
• Strong communication and problem solving skills; ability to cooperate within on site and virtual team.
• Excellent customer-orientation and networking skills
• Excellent team worker
• Completed military service for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for the order management of Automotive Aftermarket customers in Turkey, Iran and Middle East region
• Direct customer contact for all O2C processes (order to cash)
• Management of customer requests between the internal support functions
• Planning and execution of daily requirements related to the customer’s order to cash processes
• Management of Export order operations for Iran and Middle East customers
