  • Graduate from an Computer, Electronic or Indutrial  engineering
  • 1-3 year telco experience

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Continous Service Improvement Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Technology Governance Senior Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
  • Review and assess the current situation, define the problem statement and establish a  baseline
  • Provide ideas for continuous improvement opportunities on Technology processes
  • Support plans with the Operations/Service Management, Capability Management and VTEK
  • Measure & report KPIs
  • Support and deliver cross-functional and cross-divisional improvement projects to implement agreed processes
  • Provide framework through which improvement objectives can be delivered
  • Report on progress against the improvement plan
  • Perform regular reviews, assessment and monitoring on the overall processes
  • Update the risk catalogue
  • Analyze the effect of the change on risk portfolio and audit actions
  • Working inline with Internal Audit and Technology departments for audit issues and actions
  • Consult on triggering risk reassessment
  • Analyze risk event
Consult in;
-Review of the risk assessment methodology & procedure
-Provide support  to modify methodology and/or procedures
 

Preferred Candidate

1 - 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
