We are looking for a 'Production Final Assembly Chief' for our multinational client in air conditioning sector located at Manisa with the qualifications below;
We are looking for a 'Production Final Assembly Chief' for our multinational client in air conditioning sector located at Manisa with the qualifications below;
- Production Engineer for Final-Assembly line operation,
- Installing Manufacturing equipment and set-up processing condition and maintenance,
- Improvement of productivity and quality,
- Leading the development and implementation of manufacturing process, procedure, methodologies and best practices to improve quality, reliability and productivity,
- Installation, Set-up and maintenance of Final-Assembly line,
- Developing, maintaining work instructions, build processes, engineering changes, corrective and preventative actions,
- Reduce manufacturing cost of Final Assembly line
- Being a part of the team in process development and production related projects,
İŞ TANIMI
- Knowledge and experience of mechanical and electrical control required for production equipment control
- Knowledge of lean systems, total production management and quality improvement techniques,
- Knowledge of improvement of productivity and quality,
- Excellent command of English,
- Self-motivated, positive and energetic, enthusiastic, creative and eager to learn continuously,Effective communication skills.
- +5 years of relevant experience in Production Process,
- Experience in start-up manufacturing process,
- Experience relating to air-conditioning industry/product is highly welcomed,

More than 4 years of experience
