İŞ TANIMI

• Identifies business and individual development needs by partnering with business leaders across the organization,
• Plans and organizes all store and HQ learning & development activities in compliance with applicable policies, procedures and standards,
• Responsible for the supervision and direction of L&D team,
• Apply best fit learning principles to design and develop training needs of the audience and content (online, classroom, or mix learning methods),
• Manage career development programs for both store and headquarter employees,
• Create, manage and report yearly supplier trainings and all other training inititiaves for the entire organization,
• Create and manage IDP and Succession Planning programs for Headquarter employees,
• Track and measure training ROI and anlyze further development needs based on outcome,
• Measure and use training evaluation data and provide continues communication to the upper management,
• Manage and actively participate in local and global projects as need arise,
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance on current e-learning strategies and build on existing training topics.
