İŞ TANIMI

• Make in store promo, price, product, place management.
• Manage BA’s in her/his region. To this end, manage their recruitment process, follow up employee rights and implement training organizations with training team.
• Organize meetings with merch teams, in store sales personnel and beauty advisors in accordance with future goals.
• Realize given store-based sales targets.
• Complete implementation of route plan.
• Organize planning and business development meetings with key account perfumery and local perfumery sales teams.
• Organize business development and planning meetings with customers.
• Take orders from specific customers.
• Organize activities with the customers to increase visibility and sales.
