What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Relevant Field
* Commercial "Expert" certification would be an asset
* Very good knowledge of English (German shall be regarded as an asset)
* Understanding of cost accounting, managerial accounting and IFRS principles
* GAAP, IFRS, Tax, SOX, SOA, etc. methods knowledge
* Advance knowledge of MS Office applications.
* Advanced SAP FI/CO knowledge. Knowledge in MM & SD would be a asset
* 5-10 years of experience in reporting/planning/controlling issues, preferably in a factory setting
* Work proactively and demonstrate flexibility in approach to changing work priorities
* Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex analysis, attention to details
* Team-oriented ability to work with cross- functional teams in an international environment
* Advanced knowledge of factory-internal issues such as regulative and product cost calculation schemes
* Advanced knowledge of general controlling/reporting/planning issues
* Knowledge in Compliance & Risk management

* Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements.

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For Energy Management Division, we are looking for a Commercial Special Projects Manager to be located in Kartal (and later Gebze) Low-Voltage (LP) Factory.

What are my responsibilities?
* Management of complex projects on behalf of commercial factory management (initiate, follow-up, drive, execute)
* Involving several parties within the EM LP and DF CP factories as well as different parties in various headquarters and other EM LP/DF CP factories globally
* Handling of non-routine topics on behalf of factory management and participation in international and local initiatives on behalf of factory management
* Commercial lead of outsourcing project of warehouse
* Commercial lead in outsourcing of pre-production steps towards local and international subcontractors
* R&D/PLM Controlling, active lead in planned product- and production-related improvement projects
* Participation in the process of factory relocation from Kartal to Gebze
* Ad-hoc requests from factory management and liaison between factory and local and international stakeholders.
* Accruals calculation, alignment (with HR, IFRS, etc.), build-up, control, update, release, revaluate, report (for HC reduction plans)
* Product relocations to other factories globally, including intensive contact with factories in foreign countries and headquarter in Regensburg & Amberg
* Cross-boundary equipment and material relocations, while adherence to customs, tax and transfer pricing topics is of critical importance.
* Product Development, e.g. DF CP's Sirius Innovation (again, to be the flagship product for CP factory).
* Global product relocations into own LP/CP factories
