QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
MA or BA degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of CRM and B/OSS experience as well as consulting and system integration business, either in telecom vendor, IT vendor, or consulting firm.
• Understand the software development methodology and development.
• Successful track record in B/OSS pre-sales, operations assessment and architecture design and development.
Preferred:
• At least 7 years of experience in the areas of Telco, Banking, Financial Services, Energy and Utilities CRM and B/OSS architecture, design and implementation
• At least 5 years of experience in relevant industry standards/ regulations/ best practices like Frameworx (eTOM, TNA, SID), ITIL, IEEE, ETSI and other standard bodies.
• Experience in defining the processes, capturing system requirements, and dealing with business units and LOBs
• Experience and desire to work in a technology and operations consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Experience in Siebel and/or formal Conceptwave is highly valuable

İŞ TANIMI
• Responding RFP, RFI, RFQ’s in a timely fashion complying with the guidelines.
• Responsible for pre-sales activities such as solution preparation, product demonstrations, proof of concept creation and assisting marketing and product management teams with market feedback.
• Analyze customer business, IT landscape and requirements to develop proper business cases and prepare well-written, properly formatted solution proposals.
• Promote Etiya portfolio in key business transformation projects in the region.
• Analyze services, market dynamics and go-to-market strategy of the customer.
• Conduct customer workshops, presentations and create positive dialogs with key stakeholders.
• Perform up-sell & identify add-on sales opportunities on existing installation bases
• Domestic and international travels as required.
