QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Customer Service Representative” for our client located in Eskişehir with the following skills and the qualifications;
* Backup of routine clerical Customer Service responsibilities during holiday or sick leave periods.
* Ensures the appropriate and effective integration of health and Safety policies and procedures into working practices.

We are looking for a “Customer Service Representative” for our client located in Eskişehir with the following skills and the qualifications;
- 2-3 years of Business/Customer Service experience in a multinational company.
- Computer experience essential, to include experience with SAP relative to customer service and logistics, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Team work is highly requested
- Experience in specialty chemical products or industry a plus
İŞ TANIMI
* Supports by providing special services to customers as requested by Business/ Commercial and/or the Customer Service team. This may include the following in detail:- Mass mailings/notifications
- Receiving customers PO (from customers or account manager)
- Entry orders in the system (SAP)
- Contact planning to inform the orders and get delivery date.
- Confirm to the customers or account manager the delivery date.
- After getting delivery date from planning maintain delivery dates in orders.
- Organize delivery (data base contact warehouse, SAP create delivery note etc etc.) and create the shipment costs.
- Daily download the open order list, review Fix & Confirm, stock and credit block orders.
- Maintenance of the pricing records.
- For export orders prepare all documents needed, Invoices, packing list, certificates, etc etc, in case of letter of credit check with bank and follow up.
- Maintain price list each forwarder.
- Invoicing, print and send to the customers.
- Complaints.
- Compliance of customer master data and sales views of material master.
