• University degree
• At least 3 years experience in Contract management (especially in relation of finance review),
• Experience in preparation and routine execution of contracts,
• Experience in Claim Management is preferable,
• High level of Computer Literacy,
• Fluency in English language is a must,
• Strong drafting, negotiation and writing skills in English,
• Ability to make routine traking issues related to the exacution of the contract (payments, guarantees, etc.)
• Knowledge of insurance processes is preferable,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once,
• Self-motivated and solution provider,
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Preparation and execution of contracts and maintaining coordination if needed with other departments inside the company,
• Contract execution tracking,
• Preparation and internal submission of periodic reports,
• Ensures that the management and internal teams are all aware of the essential provisions of the company’s contracts, publishes periodic follow-up tables,
• Assisting to change management process of main contract scope (financial review),
• Provision of necessary studies and documentation for successful commercial management of project,
• Advising what immediate contractual actions are required on the start of the contract and contract execution (financial review),
• Working with insurance companies on the insurance issues,
• Participation in risk assessment & management processes.
