QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

BSc degree or above in Electrical, Electronics, Communication & Information Technologies Engineering
Having a minimum 8 years work experience in telecommunications, the past 5 years management experience in radio network planning & optimization for 2G/3G/LTE technologies
Understanding of high-end optimization and planning tools
Must be willing to learn and drive new technologies
Self-motivated, customer obsessed
Strong in analytical thinking, problem solving and conflict management
Good communication skills, engagement with internal stakeholders in cross-fuctional organization
Excellent MS Office applications
Advanced level in English

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking South Anatolia-2 Region Planning & Optimization Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to South Anatolia-2 Technical Area Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Work base is in Gaziantep city.

Responsible for planning and optimization of radio network for the region in line with the network strategy. Monitoring and improving the regional 2G/3G/LTE radio network to achieve KPI and SLAs
Accountable for the 2G/3G/LTE network improvement plans to achive targeted coverage, capacity, quality KPI’s and BTK network obligations
Communicate and co-operate with central optimization & planning, quality, regional field operations and site acquisition teams
Ensure required parameter settings and hardware optimization for 2G/3G/LTE sites to achieve the targeted KPIs
Ensure the management of EMF issues to prevent site acquisiton/renewal problems or BTK penalties
Ensure the keeping,updating documantation and reporting of 2G/3G/LTE network elements, (e.g. BSC, RNC,HUB points,site,cell, frequency, parameters,antenna)
Managing corporate & consumer customer complaints according to internal regulations
Regular customer visits together with regional sales representatives
Event assurance organized entire region
