Honeywell Turkey is seeking a Account Manager - Refineries who will be responsible for developing business and managing relationships as the primary customer interface of the Honeywell accounts in refining industry and will be located in the Istanbul office. 

Qualifications:

• Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control, Chemical Engineering degrees are preferred
• 5-7 years industry sales experience
• In-depth industry and market knowledge
• Be able to establish and build credibility
• Compelling presentations and communication skills
• Excellent command of English and Turkish


İŞ TANIMI

"Account Manager, Refineries" position is a master contributor to overall sales of the Honeywell Process Solutions portfolio for the Honeywell accounts in refining industry, as being primary customer interface for those accounts responsible for developing business and managing relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain long term customer relationships, frequent contact with customers
• Establish these relationships while engaging customer at all levels including senior levels of customer organization
• Early engagement in the customer buying process to diagnose customers needs and tailor Honeywell solutions to match
• Maintain a balanced approach to superior customer service and strategic account planning,quarterly results and long term account goals 
• Identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account 
• Manage and build customer contacts, serving as the customer’s ambassador , “trusted advisor” and advocate 
• Focal point for relationship strategies, account and sales plans, proposal strategies, contract negotiations
• Guide and leverage management and executive sponsor interactions with the customer 
• Provide strategic vision for the account while driving self and others for positive business results for Honeywell

Preferred Candidate

5 - 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
