We are seeking a NW Change,SLA&Vendor Management Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting NW Change,SLA&Vendor Management Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Responsible for following Vendor’s performance and preparing scorecards for Network domains. A position in the field of Telecommunication as a business interface of Network and Network Operations. Adaptable, commitment and organised with; Network Vendor & Budget Management. The person should ensure proper and smooth co-ordination, consolidation between operational departments, planning teams, service assurance, Vendors, financial teams and audit teams.
- Controlling and following Vendors’s SLAs& performance in monthly basis and aligning with company procedures.
- Interact and work with the other parties involved into the Vendor Management process.
- Ensure proper and smooth co-ordination, consolidation between Network Departments.
- Prepare executive presentations via powerpoint and similar tools.
- Provide assistance by communicating effectively the operational teams with other parties.
- Reporting Network Operations’ activities with progress status
- Planning and Creating workflows and process according to operational needs
- Controlling and following BCM and Audit processes
- Controlling and reporting the Vendor’s Performance in monthly basis and aligning with the company procedures.
- Responsible in making the variance analysis report summary regularly.
- Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to department personnel to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies.
- Communicate and discuss the department’s guidelines and procedures with employees to ensure responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities are defined and understood.
- Work closely with operations/planning departments to maintain a focus on current and future needs in order to satisfy business growth.
