GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

  • Deep knowledge at application server administration  (tomcat, apache, weblogic)
  • Deep knowledge at SQL
  • Deep knowledge at Shell scripting
  • Java
  • TCP/IP
  • Knowledge at load balancers and apm tools  is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer / Electronic / Industry / Mechanical / Mathematics Engineering or similar.
  • Good command of English in both speaking and writing,
  • Experience in Mobile and Web application administration
  • Result oriented, team-work skills.
  • Strong communication, problem solving  and documentation skills
  • Self Motivated
  • Ability for cross functional working
  • Open minded, flexible and eager to participate in projects and improve at all levels

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an Online&Data Services Mngmnt.Senior Specialistwith the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  Online&Data Services Mngmnt.Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
                                     
The accountabilities of this role are:
 
  • Responsible for configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring any issues for web applications.
  • Best  practices’s  to improve current processes, skills,
  • Performance tracking, tuning, building alarm mechanisms
  • Manage customer complaints.
  • Manage Business releations with releated internal parties
  • Provide required reportings to management
  • Attend design  meetings for new projects and report issues if necessary
  • Perform troubleshooting, incident and error handling for systems
  • Analyse new/upcoming technologies and to evaluate their impacts on current systems/environment
  • Provide assistance in new projects during following stages, designing, initiation, operation
  • Quality assurance of new and existing projects
  • Assurance of predefined KPIs
  • Operational support of CRM systems on 7*24 basis to provide continuous IT services availability and issue resolution.
