We are looking for customer agents who are going to serve in English the Prime Segment customers of Turk Telekom Mobile in the Head Office Of Turk Telekom Mobile in Gunesli (Europe). Here are the qualifications that we seek for this job:
 

• Having advanced English proficiency,
• Having a smooth diction,
• Being a graduate of -at least- high school,
• Being adaptable for the shift work,
• Between the ages of 18-30,
• Having effective communication skills on the phone, being capable of making sell to the customers when it is required,
• Having analytic thinking and capability of persuasion,
• Using MS Office programs adequately,
• Working goal-oriented as well as giving particular importance to quality of the work,
• Having high self-motivation, being sensitive about time management,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed or postponed at least 2 year,
• Preferably residing in Istanbul European Side.
