Unilever HR Services Turkey, has been providing Call Center, Recruitment, Workforce Administration, Rewards&Compensation and Exit services since December 2008 to approximately 3.000+ Unilever-Turkey employees in their Sarigazi Office.
 
Job Summary:
 
The recruitment specialist will report to the Recruitment Team Lead. He/she will be responsible for delivering end to end recruitment services for Work Level 1 recruitment process. Upon new recruitment activities being initiated by business,

 
  • Conduct Hiring Manager Briefing calls to understand the requirements of a job requisition.
  • Post internal/external job ad’s in client portal as well as external recruitment websites.
  • Screen applications and select candidates for interview by hiring managers
  • Conduct competency based telephone interviews for all external candidates
  • Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities as required
  • Co-ordinate referral process and pre-employment checks for all external candidates
  • Escalate outstanding cases to HR Business Partners when required
  • Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
  • Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools
  • Manage “proactive sourcing” activities to build a talent pipeline for select positions.
  • Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions
  • Provide guidance/expertise on sourcing channels appropriate to Unilever’s requirements
  • Administer Unilever external branding approach to ensure any advertising materials are suitable for the external market/publications
  • Take active part in the revision/update of business process documentation, supporting documentation, forms.
  • Support tasks of other service lines for specific processes in terms of cross-skilling activities.


İŞ TANIMI

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in international companies or reputable headhunting firms
  • Experienced in competency-based interviews
  • Experience of working within a multi-cultural organisation
  • Excellent  command of written and spoken English
  • Good level of MS Office applications
  • Service focused personality, good planning, organising and communication skills
  • Ability to act as a team player
  • No military service obligation for male candidates

Preferred Candidate

2 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
