QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
BSH Ev Aletleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is searching for Organizational Development & Processes Professional, to work in Ümraniye Headquarter, with following qualifications:
• University degree in preferable Business Administration, MIS, Informatic, Industrial Engineering,
• Ability to communicate appropriately with various positions in international and local business environment,
• Excellent multinational interpersonal, problem solving, communication skills are required,
• Analytical minded, target oriented, resistant to stress and believes in team working,
• Fluent German knowledge is must, English knowledge is an asset,
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Tools; SQL knowledge is an asset,
• Interested in IT solutions for business development.

İŞ TANIMI
This person will be responsible for;- Defining, developing and maintaining an efficient and effective documentation system,
- Ensure that overall governance roles are implemented within the company,
- Managing the organizational structure to have an lean and efficient organization,
- Designing business analyzing models by using business development tools,
- Ensuring optimum and up to date workflows in the company,
- Managing consulting projects with cross-functional interface and high complexity,
- Training internal customers about process management topics.
Preferred Candidate
Less than 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
