* Bachelor’s degree in related areas is preferred
* Very good command of English
* German language will be an asset
* Good knowledge of MS Office applications
* 1-2 years of experience in related fields is preferred

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For our Mobility Division in Ankara we are looking for a Team Assistant. This role will be responsible for assisting both the manager and the team in related activities.

What are my responsibilities?
* Control both internal and external means of communication (telephone, fax, e-mail)
* Organize divisional meetings, prepare agenda and meeting notes
* Deliver announcements and procedures
* Prepare necessary documents related to travels, make reservations and follow up visa operations
* Follow up departments employees’ annual leaves
* File and archive documents, organize and maintain office supplies
* Organize social activities with the department
* Greet and host customers and set appointments
* Participate in the preparation of presentations, reports, spreadsheets and other documents
